He has experience in handling international and cross-border transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions, private/public offerings, and financing, and has established law firm Labertew&Associates, LLC. to assist local, domestic, and international companies in business expansion, development, and mergers and acquisitions. The law firm also assisted the company in transforming from a private company to a publicly traded securities company, ultimately listing on the stock exchange.
